Regional application form (online) in Dutch (or English) together with ITEA 2 Full Project Proposal
Subsidy instrument “Onderzoeks- en ontwikkelingsprojecten voor bedrijven” or possibly “KMO-innovatieprojecten”
Evaluation according to IWT-criteria and using external experts
