When you submit a project for ITEA 2 labelling, your application goes through several phases, each with its own documentation. Here's an overview:
PROJECT OUTLINE PHASE

The Letter of Intent needs to be printed on company notepaper.
FULL PROJECT PROPOSAL PHASE
- IPS method
ITEA 2 Full Project Proposal Guidelines & Annex template for IPS
This zip-file contains the FPP guidelines for IPS (pdf file) and the FPP Annex template (MS Word).
- Traditional MS Word/Excel method

This zip-file contains the FPP guidelines (pdf file), FPP template (MS Word) and the required project statistics sheet (MS Excel).
- Declaration of Acceptance
Each partner in an ITEA or ITEA 2 project has to acknowledge the rules and regulations as laid down in the ITEA / ITEA 2 Frame Agreement as being applicable to his project(s) by signing a Declaration of Acceptance (DoA). The ITEA / ITEA 2 label will only become valid after the DoA has been signed (PAs may make their funding decisions dependent of the availability of the DoA). The DoA needs to be printed on company notepaper.

The ITEA 2 Frame Agreement will be sent to you on request. Please specify in your email which Frame Agreement you need.
