Hotel Accomodation - Ghent

The Co-summit secretariat has made special rate arrangements with several hotels in Ghent for Co-summit participants. All reservations need to be made with the hotels directly. Mention in your reservation form that you wish to make use of the ITEA 2 - ARTEMIS-IA special rates.

All rates quoted are per room per night, inclusive of breakfast, excluding city tax. Reservation requests made after the indicated deadline are subject to availability. We strongly advise you to book your room early as the number of special rate rooms is limited.
