Participation to the Co-summit is free of charge for current ITEA 2 Partners & Bodies, Public Authorities and ARTEMIS-IA Members. For those who are not part of one of these communities, there is an entrance fee of 450 EUR VAT included (to be paid on site).

Changes and Participants list
All registered participants of the ITEA & ARTEMIS Co-summit 2010, will receive a login key for a restricted area. With this login you can change or update your registration details and have access to the participants list. Only participants who agreed to be included in the list will be visible. Cancellations and substitutions
Cancellations or notifications of substitute delegates must be made in writing and addressed to the Co-summit secretariat before September 24, 2010.

Hotel accommodation
The Co-summit secretariat has made accommodation arrangements in several hotels in Ghent. Registration can only be accepted upon availability. For more information on the hotels see hotel accommodation.
